Thyroid With an Outer Capsule
Lyson's Thyroid Phantom With an Outer Capsule is designed for hands-on training in ultrasound-guided thyroid procedures. The thyroid structure is enclosed within a simulated outer capsule, providing a more complete anatomical configuration for ultrasound scanning, target localization, and needle-based procedures.
The model supports thyroid nodule identification, needle positioning, biopsy, and thermal ablation training. Nodule size, location, and configuration can be customized to support different training scenarios and procedural requirements.
