Lyson's Thyroid Phantom Without an Outer Capsule is designed for hands-on training in ultrasound-guided thyroid procedures. Its exposed thyroid structure provides direct access for ultrasound scanning, target localization, needle insertion, and instrument manipulation.
The model supports training in thyroid nodule identification, needle positioning, biopsy, and thermal ablation procedures. Nodule size, location, and configuration can be customized to create different training scenarios and procedural requirements.
