Co-exhibited with AUO Display Plus Corporation at Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan

At the 2024 Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan, Lyson Medical Technology showcased its next-generation minimally invasive surgical training systems. In addition to presenting our own product line, we co-exhibited with AUO Display Plus Corporation, a subsidiary of AUO Group, contributing our high-fidelity cardiac prosthetic models to support a remote live demonstration of real-time 3D robotic surgery solutions.

Held from December 5 to 8, 2024, this joint exhibition highlighted the diverse clinical applications of medical innovation through the combined expertise of Lyson and AUO Display Plus. The booth featured a fully simulated smart operating room environment, where AUO Display Plus unveiled its comprehensive 3D intelligent surgical imaging platform. This setup included a live remote connection to Japan, where robotic-assisted surgery was demonstrated in real time using Lyson’s ultra-realistic heart models.

Our prosthetic models served as essential components for training and demonstration, effectively supporting precision targeting, instrument maneuvering, and visual interpretation in the remote operation scenario. This allowed visitors to directly experience the clinical potential of integrating biomimetic simulation models with advanced surgical imaging technologies.

This collaboration reflects a shared vision between Lyson and AUO Display Plus—to advance simulation-based, intelligent surgical training and enhance clinical readiness. By merging Lyson’s biorealistic prosthetic technology with AUO’s 3D visualization systems, we jointly presented a compelling blueprint for the operating room of the future.

During the event, a series of expert talks and live/remote demonstrations were also held, covering topics such as:

  • AI-assisted medical interpretation

  • Smart operating room construction

  • Clinical applications of sensor technologies

These sessions brought together industry leaders to explore new opportunities in the ongoing digital transformation of healthcare.

Lyson Medical Technology will continue to collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners to deeply integrate high-fidelity simulation platforms with smart medical systems, strengthening the bridge between surgical training and real-world clinical practice. Together, we aim to establish safer, more precise, and more effective surgical education models for the future.
