Winner of the First Prize in the “From IP to IPO” (FITI) Program Competition

Lyson Medical Technology was honored with the First Prize – Acer Legacy Award in the prestigious From IP to IPO (FITI) Program Competition, organized by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) of Taiwan. This recognition marks a significant milestone in our journey of innovation in the medical field.

Throughout the six-month FITI program, Lyson underwent a rigorous entrepreneurial journey—including intensive business courses, product validation processes, and investor pitch challenges. The experience elevated our team’s capabilities in business model development, resource integration, and market strategy. More than a competition, FITI served as a deep, hands-on exercise in startup growth and innovation execution.

Biomimetic Materials for Realistic Medical Training

At the core of Lyson's innovation is a proprietary biomimetic material that replicates protein-like properties, engineered to mimic the texture and behavior of real human tissue. These high-fidelity models are designed specifically for minimally invasive surgical training, enabling medical professionals to practice with precision in a risk-free environment—ultimately reducing clinical errors and improving patient safety.

An Innovation Milestone—Not the Destination

Receiving the Acer Legacy Award affirms both the technical strength and the vision of our team. It is not merely an achievement, but a launching point as we move forward in advancing surgical innovation.

Looking ahead, Lyson will continue to stay true to our mission:
“Making every surgical training session as close to reality as possible.”
We aim to expand product applications, deepen clinical integration, and collaborate with medical professionals to build safer and more effective surgical training environments.
