At the 2024 Taiwan Innotech Expo (TIE EXPO), Lyson Medical Technology was honored with the Future Technology Award, jointly initiated by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), Academia Sinica, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Health and Welfare. The Future Technology Award recognizes technologies that demonstrate both scientific breakthroughs and strong industrial applicability. From hundreds of academic R&D achievements nationwide, Lyson’s protein-mimicking material was selected for its ability to realistically replicate the tactile response of human tissue—overcoming the limitations of traditional training tools.

Specifically designed for medical simulation, the material enables healthcare professionals to train with precision in a safe, risk-free environment, improving surgical readiness and enhancing procedural accuracy. During the expo, Lyson’s technology received enthusiastic feedback from judges and industry visitors for its technical innovation and real-world training potential.
